Junk-Desk collects and processes business data you enter — including customer records, quotes, invoices, schedules, and dumpster inventory — solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Account information (name, email), business data (customers, quotes, invoices, schedules), and usage data needed to operate and secure the platform. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Your business data is isolated from other tenants. Team members you invite access only your tenant's data, scoped by the role you assign them.
We retain your data while your account is active. You may export or delete your data; deleted records are removed per our deletion process.
We use role-based access control, audit logging, and secure authentication. However, no system is perfectly secure, and you should protect your credentials.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact support to exercise these rights.
We may update this policy with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
