One of the biggest benefits of Junk-Desk is reducing duplicate work. Once a quote is created, that same customer information, job details, and pricing can be carried directly into an invoice.
This keeps the workflow organized and saves time by avoiding re-entry. You build it once and carry it forward.
Complete and save your quote in the Quote Calculator.
Go to the Invoices page from the left navigation.
Find the quote listed under "Quotes ready to invoice" at the top of the page.
Click "Convert" to pull the quote details into a new invoice.
Review the invoice details — line items, totals, and customer info.
Send the invoice or save it as a draft.
This quote-to-invoice workflow helps operators move faster and look more professional. Customers receive a consistent, branded invoice without you having to re-enter anything.
Once an invoice is created, you can send it directly to the customer via email. The email includes a professional invoice summary, your payment options (Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App), and optionally a Stripe payment link for card payments.
When sending an invoice, you can attach before/after or completion photos directly to the email. This adds professionalism and helps customers verify the job was completed properly.
You can also create invoices manually without a quote if needed. Use the "New Invoice" button at the top of the Invoices page to enter customer info, line items, and totals from scratch.
Each invoice moves through statuses — Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue. Mark invoices as paid using the checkmark button, or use the Stripe integration to automatically detect payments.
