After the quote is completed and saved, the same job information can be used to build the schedule — without entering the job again manually.
The saved quote and invoice workflow helps carry the job forward into operations. The schedule keeps track of what needs to happen and when, so nothing gets missed.
Complete and save your quote in the Quote Calculator.
When saving a quote, use the "Schedule Job" option to add it directly to the calendar.
Or go to the Schedule page and click "Add Event" to manually enter job details.
Set the job date, confirm customer and job details, and save.
Review all scheduled work from the Schedule page calendar view.
Connected scheduling reduces missed details and keeps the office and field more aligned. When every job starts from a quote, the details are always consistent.
The schedule supports multiple event types including junk removal, full cleanouts, heavy material jobs, commercial work, dumpster drops, and dumpster pickups. Each type is color-coded on the calendar for quick visual identification.
As jobs progress, update their status on the schedule — from Scheduled to In Progress to Completed to Paid. This keeps your dashboard metrics accurate and helps track what still needs to be invoiced.
For dumpster rentals, create two linked events — a Drop and a Pickup. This keeps your dumpster inventory accurate and shows upcoming pickups on the calendar so nothing gets left behind.
