The Quote Calculator combines your real costs — disposal fees, fuel, labor, overhead — with the job details you enter to produce a professionally priced quote. It shows you profit per yard, gross profit, and total price so you always know what you're making.
Open the Quote Calculator from the left navigation.
Enter customer information — name, phone, and job address.
Select the job type (standard junk removal, cleanout, heavy debris, dumpster rental, etc.).
Set the load size, equipment, and crew details.
Review the cost inputs — disposal rate, fuel, labor, and overhead — and adjust as needed.
Review the calculated totals, profit margin, and per-yard numbers.
Save the quote once pricing is finalized.
Move forward into invoicing or scheduling directly from the quote.
The Quote Calculator should help reduce guesswork and standardize your pricing process. If a number looks off, check your expenses in Settings first — that's usually where the fix is.
For larger jobs that require multiple trips or multiple pieces of equipment, you can add additional loads directly in the calculator. The total load size updates automatically as you add or adjust loads.
The calculator shows you profit per yard in real time. Your target profit per yard is set in Settings but can be adjusted per quote if a job has unusual conditions. Use this number to check your quote before sending it.
